Wake Up Beautiful Academy is looking for trainers and medical professionals of RN or greater interested in the opportunity to become an aesthetic trainer.

Wake Up Beautiful Academy specializes in mentorship of medical professionals in aesthetic injecting skills, safe and best practices and all aspects of working in a medspa. We have an intimate environment designed to train our students to confidence and give them a firm foundation. Trainers will be responsible for taking students through didactic curriculum as well as guided practice on live models.

The POsition
The Aesthetic Trainer provides hands-on instruction, and on-going support to WUBA aesthetic specialists. In addition to demonstrating excellence as an aesthetic specialist, the Aesthetic Trainer demonstrates a passion for aesthetic services and excels in clearly communicating, educating, and engaging team members to practice as highly competent, caring aesthetic specialists within established clinical aesthetic protocols that support the mission and vision of Wake Up Beautiful Academy.
· Happy and Positive energy with a strong desire to be part of family oriented team.
· Execution of hands-on clinical training and chairside support both in studios and classroom settings.
· Love of mentoring, and helping others achieve their aesthetic and career goals.
· Collaborates with other trainers to enhance the learner experience.
· Provide a quality guest experience and meet performance metrics when seeing guests in the Academy.
· Additional duties as assigned.
5 yrs aesthetic injecting experience.
Applicant must be a medical professional, or currently an Aesthetic Trainer. We are open to training.
